“Cooking Live from the Kitchen of Braeburn”

It was bound to happen eventually, and kudos to Brian Bistrong for taking the leap. He's starting his own in-restaurant cooking episodes, called "Braeburn Live." These live cooking segments will be broadcast onto their website from the kitchen. The three-camera show, hosted by Executive Chef/Co-Owner Brian Bistrong, will air weekly (every Wednesday at 10:30AM) here: http://www.braeburnrestaurant.com/braeburn_live.html
