“Travel Different: Volunteer on an Organic Farm Abroad”

There are so many ways to spend your hard earned vacation, but many of them involve ratcheting up your debt without giving you anything substantial to bring back (except for those digital pictures you never bother to download). Instead of pulling up deals on kayak.com that will fade along with your tan, check out World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF), an international movement that facilitates volunteer opportunities on organic farms in nearly 45 countries. The farm gets your hard work and you get food, housing, and an immersion in the organic farming experience.
