“Hamptons Steakhouse Alert ”

While I hesitate to open the floodgates on the Hamptons restaurant scene, I will say this about two new steakhouses set to open in May. Jeffrey Chodorow is planning to open a Kobe Club in East Hampton, and Oso Steakhouse will open in the Southampton Inn with chef Peter Dunlop, who previously cooked at Café des Artistes, JL East and the American Hotel, in the kitchen. That’s all the summer news I have for now. You may know return to Spring.
