“Startling Changes at Tia Pol and El Quinto Pino”

This shocking and quite frankly upsetting news just came in from Tia Pol's Mani Dawes:

"Tía Pol and El Quinto Pino have parted ways with Alexandra Raij who is no longer the Executive Chef of either location.

Tía Pol Sous Chef Andrew Donovan will oversee the kitchen at Tía Pol untila new Executive Chef is announced.El Quinto Pino’s opening Sous Chef Amorette Casaus will take over as the tapas bar’s Executive Chef."

The is very surprising and sad to hear as the two have been working together since Tia opened its doors. 

No comments from either party beyond this statement at the moment, but stay tuned.
