“Two Days Left for Fast Pass to the Big Apple Barbecue Block Party”

The annual Big Apple Barbecue Block Party returns to Madison Square Park for the weekend of June 7th, bringing you the top pitmasters from all over the country, including two newcomers—Jonathan Burrows from Mr. Cecil’s (LA, CA) who’ll be showing off his own BBQ style with off-the-bone beef ribs with tomato and cucumber salad, and chef Tommy Houston from the Checkered Pig (Martinsville, Virginia) turning out his famed chopped pork sandwich and coleslaw.
