“The Cafe Gray Farewell Menu”

To pay homage to the food, the people, and the memories that made Café Gray such a special place, Chef Gray Kunz and his team will prepare a tributary tasting menu ($85 per person) during the month of June, highlighting Kunz classics including risotto with mushroom fricassee, coconut-coated red snapper with crabmeat and green papaya, braised short ribs with soft grits and meaux mustard (my favorite), chilled lemongrass soup with yogurt lime sorbet and hazelnut soufflé with spiced oranges and cardamom ice cream.
