“Rickshaw adds Vegan Dumplings and Olympics Specials”

I have never been particularly tuned into the vegan restaurant world, but since my future brother-in-law became vegan this year, things have changed. These days, I am always looking for new places where he can eat. So, this one's for you Adam. Rickshaw has just introduced a Vegan Dumpling. It's an edamame dumpling with a whole wheat wrapper served with a lemon sansho dipping sauce. 

 
In other Rickshaw news, they're offering an Olympic special, the Rickshaw Regular, which is 6 dumplings and a paired entree salad or noodle soup for $8.88, in honor of the Chinese lucky number 8 and the Olympics starting this Friday on 8-08-08 at 8:08:08pm.
