“The Shameless Carnivore Cooks at Greenmarket this Thursday!”

Attention all carinvores! On Thursday August 28th from 11am-2pm you can meet and cook with the ultimate carnivore, Scott Gold, author of The "Shameless Carnivore: A Manifesto for Meat Lover's" at the Tucker Square Greenmarket.

Scott will be cooking up some of Tamarack Hollow's smoky and delicious Vermont bacon, with a little handmade Greenmarket aioli and heirloom tomatoes, for a "Deconstructed BLT" you won't soon forget! Come on, it's as good a lunch break as I've ever heard.

The Tucker Square Greenmarket is located between 66th and 67th Street on Columbus Avenue, right across the street from Lincoln Center.
