“The Moo Mobile to the Rescue”

If you're sick and tired of the frigid weather, can’t stand trudging through the sleet and snow and dream of having a driver whisk you around town without the threat of hat head and salt stains, you’re dreams have been answered (well, sort of).

The Sunburnt Cow and Bondi Road have started a free taxi service via van that they have affectionately named “The Moo Mobile.” The Moo Mobile, decked out with horns and painted to match the Sunburnt Cow’s mascot Bessie, will pick you up (and drop you off) from any downtown subway station starting from 14th Street/Union Square and surrounding neighborhoods and take you to either The Sunburnt Cow or Bondi Road for free.

Daily service begins at 4:00 pm – just in time for Happy Hour! And it’s actually two hours of happiness they’ll offer you once you arrive, nice and warm and dry. Their $20 “Two Hours of Happiness” Happy Hour special includes unlimited tap beer, wine, their famous “Moo-Juice” house cocktails and well-spirits and runs from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at both locations: Bondi Road (153 Rivington Street btw. Suffolk and Clinton Streets/212-253-5311), and Sunburnt Cow (137 Avenue C btw. 8th and 9th Streets/212-529-0005).

All it takes is a call to the Moo Line at 646-315-1786 to make a reservation.

“brunch?”

It's a shame they won't do it for the unlimited brunch. What a clutch development that would be.
