“Chef Switch”

Rafaele Ronca, who was cooking at Bellavitae (and doing a great job) has moved over to Palma on Cornelia Street as Executive Chef. I hope this clears up any rumors that may be circulating that he's left the business. This is not the case, he's just at a different restaurant.
