“Huge Casting Call -- Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Mixologists, Event Designers and More!”

Looking for eccentric folks (tattoos, piercing a plus) with MAD culinary/event skills and wild personalities- but can get down to business and pull off fantastic culinary events.

Local production co. casting for a new CULINARY/CATERING REALITY SHOW- seeking a ‘motley crew’ to be shot in Hollywood, CA

SOUS- Will execute the executive chef's menus, coordinate with purveyors and vendors, and manage kitchen operations.

PASTRY- Classically trained but can do hedonistic, wild desserts –sexy and elegant with EDGE
 
MIXOLOGIST- ‘state of the art’ bartender- Molecular Mixologist/Alcohol Alchemist a plus
 
EVENT DESIGNER- Experienced event planner/designer with Hollywood themed parties, events, and clientele. Has to ooze with style and vision to complement the food and cocktail service.

Previous catering/event experience MANDATORY. Culinary / design school education a plus. NO ACTORS! NO ACTORS NO ACTORS! unless you are first and foremost in the culinary world and can ROCK the kitchen!
